Our bodies need 8 hours of sleep because that is how our brains rest. Some people need more sleep than 8 hours and some people need less.
Sleep is good for you because it helps our bodies grow.Sleep helps your body grow taller and stronger. If we do not sleep our bodies won’t be repaired for the next day. When you sleep it looks like you are dead but actually your heart and kidneys are still pumping blood.
It is important to get sleep because when you are sleeping the repairing process happens. This how broken bones heal. If you don’t get enough sleep you becoming grumpy and lazy because your body hasn't had enough time to repair your body.
So in conclusion,sleep is very important in life.Sleep helps you in different ways,it makes you taller and stronger,heals broken bones and cuts and it also repairs your entire body.
