Hikau about softball

WALT: Identify syllables.
SC: Write a Haiku poem about softball.
First we practiced by finding out how many syllables were in our names.
I have 4 syllables in my name AL-EX-AN-DER

We just play’d softball
I missed the ball that they threw
Each person hit it

I swung the bat hard
Some people hit the ball
Our team was losing

We got people out
We wore comfortable gloves

We play’d on the field
