On the 29 of July we had a Tae kwon do lesson.Our instructor is miss Yu.She taught us how to tense our stomachs so if we got punched we didn’t get winded.She also told us that we should exhale when we punch. Miss Yu taught us how to punch and kick.She told us that we are only allowed to use tae kwon do as self defense to defend ourselves.
Hi Alex, you've reminded me of some important points with the lesson. The tense stomach, inhale and exhale were very important. As is, when is the appropriate time to use Tae Kwon Do
