Tae Kwon Do lesson

On the 29 of July we had a Tae kwon do lesson.Our instructor is miss Yu.She taught us how to tense our stomachs so if we got punched we didn’t get winded.She also told us that we should exhale when we punch. Miss Yu taught us how to punch and kick.She told us that we are only allowed to use tae kwon do as self defense to defend ourselves.

Museum Trip

Finally were going to the museum the thing I found most interesting was going into the volcano room.It was fun when the room started shaking.I learnt that you should always be prepared for natrual disasters because they can happen at any time. I want to learn more about storms because there was nothing about it at the museum.

Holiday Recount

In the winter holidays I went to my cousins house with my family.When we got  there me and my cousin Lee played on the ps3.We played black ops 2 zombies.It was fun because we got up to round 34.Then we played Black ops 2 online.The next game we played was NBA 2k 14 I chose Miami heat as my team because Lebron James is in that team.After we finished playing I went home because it was getting late.

Hangarau-technology

On fridays our class goes to Tamaki college to learn   digital technologies.  Hangarau is the maori word for technology. When we are in class,we have to use the kiore and the papa patuhi to log on to the rorohiko. On the rorohiko we have to use the ipurangi to log into the pae tukutuku fro digital technologies . Every week we access the maramataka to know what task we will do. Sometimes our teacher will send us messages on our imera.  Sometimes our teacher will give us dojo points on her waea pukoro, or she might also use her waea pukoro to take photos of us working. At school and home some of us use the rorohiko ponaho to do our work.
